Make Your Health a Priority

You only get one body. You shouldn’t have to feel The journey starts with a decision and (1)uncomfortable or self-conscious in it.

Maybe you’ve hit the same brick wall over and over, or you feel like you’ve tried everything to get the body you want but you keep faltering. The truth is, your journey starts with a commitment to yourself.

You have to make the decision to go after what you want. Nobody else can want it for you and nobody else can do the work for you. But that doesn’t mean you are alone! So many people are going through the same things you are, and building connections with other people who understand the journey can really make all the difference.

What are your priorities in life? Is your health one of them? If not, do you want it to be? All it takes is making the decision.

My Priorities as a Trainer

The truth is, I am and always will be a student of health and fitness. I’m human. I fail sometimes. But I’m constantly learning and trying to become a more well-rounded person. I’m on the journey, too.

I most importantly view myself as a support system and a source of accountability when you need it. You need someone to help keep you on track, lift you up when you are down, and help you break the cycle of self-sabotage by pointing you in the right direction.

My priorities are to make you feel your absolute best through a fitness and nutrition program that works for you.

Keep it Simple

The fitness industry is over-saturated, to say the least. There are so many people out there giving advice that it is hard to know what to follow and what to trust. Fat makes you fat! Carbs turn to sugar and make you fat! Eating oranges every day will make you thin! It is so easy to find entirely conflicting and even flat out ridiculous information out there.

My job is to keep things as simple as possible for you while you’re trying to become your best self.

Keep Chugging

My last words of advice is that your journey to become your best self is a lifestyle changeFullSizeRender (15) that you will make. The changes you make will reflect how badly you want results. There will be times when you will be challenged, you will have to make sacrifices and it will not be easy. But keep your eye on the prize.

Success does not happen overnight. You might not be happy with your weight, your measurements, your performance in a work out. But if you are doing all the right things – eating clean and exercising – your body will begin to give way to your habits and you will see an amazing transformation.
